Start with a Diagnostic Audit →After the audit you get the report and, if you want one, an Overhaul proposal: scope, timeline and price, with what keeping each app and replacing it would cost over 36 months, worked out from your own billing and order numbers. If a build of $5,000 or more starts within 90 days of your report, the audit fee comes off it in full. You don't have to go further. The report works on its own, for me or for your own developer.
The audit is $500 for a store with fewer than 15 apps and one storefront that isn't on Plus. It's $1,000 with 15 apps or more, or on Plus. It's $1,500 for a Plus store with checkout extensions or Functions built for it, a B2B store, or more than one storefront. I confirm which price applies on the first call, before you commit to anything. An Overhaul's price is set from the report, before any work starts.
Does a Diagnostic Audit require access to my Shopify admin?
Yes. I need a collaborator account with read access. I don't change anything on your store during the audit, and you can remove my access as soon as the report arrives. If your team limits collaborator access, tell me on the first call and I'll work around it.
